We collect personal information about members from the following sources:
Information we receive from members on applications or other forms. Information about member transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
We will only share nonpublic personal information about members with nonaffiliated third parties to complete transactions and maintain accounts and related records (such as data processing transactions and records). We may also share information with select nonaffiliated third parties if:
1) A member requests or authorizes it; 2) The information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by a member; 3) The information is provided to a consumer reporting agency in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act; 4) The disclosure otherwise is lawfully required or permitted. If a member decides to terminate his/her membership or becomes an inactive member, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described herein
We restrict access to member's personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to the member. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard member's nonpublic personal information.
